Short version: we keep what we need to send you your order, and nothing else. We don't sell anything to anybody.
What this website stores
Your basket, saved in your own browser so it's still there tomorrow. Your first name, only if you typed it. That's it — there's no account, no login and no tracking of you around the internet.
What we keep when you order
Your name, phone number, delivery address and what you bought — because we can't deliver anything without them. Your email only if you gave one. Our WhatsApp chat stays in WhatsApp, same as any other conversation.
Who else sees it
The courier gets your name, address and phone number, so the rider can find you. Nobody else. We don't run adverts that follow you and we don't share our customer list.
Do you count visitors?
We count how many baskets get sent to us on WhatsApp, and what they were worth. That count has no name, number or address attached and can't be traced to you — we use it to know whether the shop is working.
Getting your details removed
Ask us and we'll delete them. We keep a record that the order happened, because we have to, but your name and contact details come off it.
