How much is delivery?
Nothing. It's included in the price you see, anywhere in Nigeria. There's no fee added later and no minimum spend.
How long does it take?
Lagos: 1–2 working days. Everywhere else: 3–5. We pack most orders the same day we confirm them, and we'll tell you the day it leaves us.
Can I collect it myself?
Yes. Collect in person at Ojodu Berger, Lagos — message us first so it's packed and waiting when you arrive.
How do I pay?
You send us your basket on WhatsApp, we confirm it's all in stock, then we send our account details — 9124533783 · Ebube Victor Ikechukwu, Opay or PalmPay. Payment is made before we send the order out; we don't do payment on delivery. Nothing is ever charged automatically and we never ask for card details over chat.
What if it doesn't fit?
Send it back within 7 days of getting it, unworn, and we'll swap the size or refund you. In Lagos we collect it ourselves and that's free. Outside Lagos, send it by courier and we'll refund the postage with your money.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph it and message us. That's not a return, that's our mistake — we replace it or refund you, whichever you'd rather, and we don't need the item back first.
